Request cancellation

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. This period begins on the day after you have received your order. If your order consists of multiple shipments, the day you receive the final shipment applies.

Notify us of your withdrawal within those 14 days — you can do this using the form on this page, the model form, or your own clear statement by email or letter.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your notification has been received. From the moment you notify us, you have 14 days to return the items to us.

Please send the items to Steenbergen Schoenen, Haarstraat 54, 7462 AS Rijssen. Keep your return shipment receipt — it serves as proof that you sent the items on time.

We will refund you within 14 days at the latest, counting from the moment we have received your return or you have demonstrated that you have sent the items. In practice, the amount is usually credited within 5 working days.

You will receive the purchase amount back via the same payment method you used, at no cost. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs for the initial delivery that you paid when placing your order.

The costs for returning the package are at your own expense. We do not provide return labels, so you must pay the postage for your return yourself at a drop-off point or post office of your choice.

Do you live nearby? You are also welcome to return your order to our store at Haarstraat 54 in Rijssen.

You may view and try on the items as you would in a store: try on shoes indoors on a clean floor. Wearing them outdoors, washing, or altering them does not fall under this policy.

Please return the items with all labels attached and in their original packaging, including the shoebox — which is part of the product. If an item has been used more than is necessary to evaluate it, we may deduct the resulting decrease in value from your refund.

Yes, a few. Items that have been custom-made or personalised for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The same applies to sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons — such as insoles or socks — once the seal or packaging has been opened.
