What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands
Orders from € 40,- will be shipped for free. For orders below this amount you pay € 5,- for shipping costs.
For orders to Belgium and Germany, we charge € 5,- for shipping costs. For other countries, the following applies:
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. You are therefore free to choose a courier.
When will my order be delivered?
If your order and payment are fulfilled before 3 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day via parcel service to the desired address. Your order will usually be delivered on the next day.
If your order is placed outside business days, your order will be shipped from Monday.
Do you have a Track & Trace code and want to know where your package is at the moment? Using the link, you can follow your order closely with PostNL.
How will my order be processed?
After you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. We carefully transfer your order to our parcel service. You will receive a shipping receipt from us with Track & Trace code that allows you to follow your order in detail. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with our customer service.

Will my order also be delivered on Saturday?
Your order can be delivered on Saturday. You must complete your order and payment before 15:00 on Friday at the latest.
I do not want my order to be delivered to the neighbors.
If you do not want your order to be delivered to the neighbors, please indicate this in the "Comment" field. We will then make sure, that the package will only be delivered to your desired address.
I want to return my order. What is the return period?
On all purchased products there is a return period of 14 days. This period starts from the moment of receipt. We strive to process the return within 7 business days.
For whom are the costs of the return?
The cost of the return is for your own account.
How can I return my order?
Your order must be returned via the website return email. This can be done according to the following steps:
1. You log in to your account in the webshop.
2. You click on view at the order in which you want to return products.
3. At the bottom right, click on the ' return items' button to create the return.
4. Select the appropriate quantity of products to be returned from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter a reason why the products are being returned.
6. Click send and your return is registered in the system.
You can then return your order via your own chosen parcel service, shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not provide return labels.
Can I bring my order back to your store?
That is possible in our store in Rijssen, we will be happy to help you handle your order.
I want my package delivered abroad, but the country is not listed.
No problem! We can ship your order to the desired country, different conditions apply per country. Therefore we advise you to contact us via the customer service page.
